eProcurement Solutions Consultant
Job Location: This position is based in Sausalito, CA and may require up to 50% travel, mostly on the West Coast.
VinAsset is seeking a Solutions Consultant to augment the sales effort by working closely with the sales team in three ways:
Listening to customers' and prospects' Procurement and Accounts Payable problems and needs
Communicating VinAsset's vision
Leading compelling, customized VinAsset product demonstrations
Additional responsibilities include taking the lead in responding to functional RFxs and helping the team build supporting ROI business cases for prospects and customers.
Essential Job Functions
Provide technical and functional expertise during the sales process.
Demonstrate how VinAsset’s unique expertise and cloud partner platform can meet and exceed the business need of our prospects.
Provide strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss, demonstrate, and architect integration.
RFP assistance, Platform Demonstrations, IT Workshops, Statement of Work Creations, Training, Presentations, and Document Creation.
Subject matter expert that can provide valuable sales insights to their salespeople
Provide demonstrations of our cloud platform, IT Workshops and various trainings
3 – 7 year’s experience in systems applications selling or Implementation of these applications.
eProcurement experience is desired, but not required.
Expense Management experience is a plus.
Experience with Software as a Service is a plus, as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Coupa, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP, Boomi.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations is a plus.
Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment.
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred.
Proactively manage a large base of suppliers, many of whom have their own organizational complexities
